Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Urban Cage website (urbancage.in), mobile app, and booking services for our box cricket, pickleball, and net practice facility in Sector 78, Faridabad ("Urban Cage", "we", "us", "our"). By booking a slot or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

• Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, WhatsApp, or directly with our on-site staff.
• A booking is confirmed only after the applicable advance payment (or full payment) has been successfully received.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details (name and mobile number) at the time of booking, as these are used for confirmations and communication.
• Slot availability, ground/court allocation, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice, except for bookings already confirmed.

2. Payments

• Payments are accepted online (via our payment gateway partner(s)) or in person (cash/UPI) at the facility, as applicable.
• Online payments may incur a payment gateway handling/convenience fee, which is non-refundable in all cases, including eligible cancellations.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Facility Rules & Conduct

• Guests must arrive on time; slot duration will not be extended for late arrivals.
• Appropriate sports attire and footwear (non-marking shoes) are required on all grounds/courts.
• Urban Cage reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session, without refund, in case of abusive behaviour, damage to property, or violation of facility rules.
• The number of players per slot must not exceed the facility's specified capacity for that ground/court.
• Outside food, alcohol, tobacco, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Sports activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By booking and using our facility, you acknowledge and accept this risk for yourself and any guests in your booking.
• Urban Cage is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings sustained on the premises, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
• Minors must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Communication

By booking with us, you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and service-related updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or push notification, as described in our Privacy Policy. Promotional messages can be opted out of at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Urban Cage website and app — including text, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Urban Cage and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Cage's total liability for any claim arising from your booking or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
