1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled slot start time are eligible for a refund of the booking amount, minus payment gateway handling charges (2–3% of the amount paid), as levied by the payment processor.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot start time are non-refundable. However, Urban Cage may, at its sole discretion, offer a booking credit valid for 30 days from the date of cancellation.
No-shows (failure to arrive without prior cancellation) are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Urban Cage
In the event that Urban Cage cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (facility maintenance, force majeure, etc.), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including payment gateway charges, within 7–10 working days, or a booking credit at your preference.
3. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of the cancellation request being approved, in accordance with RBI guidelines and the applicable payment gateway's processing timelines.
All amounts paid are non-saleable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable except as stated in this policy.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. A handling/convenience fee of approximately 2–3% of the transaction amount is charged by the payment gateway and is non-refundable in all cases, including eligible cancellations.
Urban Cage shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted using your payment instrument. Please contact your bank or Razorpay support for such disputes.
5. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your booking reference, registered email address, and reason for cancellation.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
8. Changes to This Policy
Urban Cage reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the booking platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
